We procure carefully selected high-quality raw materials (untreated hide and semi-finished goods) from around the world and deliver them to leather processors (tanners) in Japan and overseas. The tanners take great care to turn these raw materials into high-quality leather material, which we sell to manufacturers of various kinds of leather products. We undertake overseas OEM production of various types of footwear, including men's and women's leather shoes, casual shoes and sports shoes. We handle everything from the procurement of all types of shoe materials, including leather for insteps and various functional materials, to the design and development of insoles and outer soles.

In addition to offering a one-stop service from raw materials to finished products, our business is characterized by our product differentiation through the use of functional materials and the low defect rate in our overseas OEM production business. Under the management of our overseas trading subsidiaries, local staff members are stationed at OEM factories to manage production, and engineers are assigned from Japan to provide technical guidance and progress management during mass production periods. Thorough pre-shipment inspections are also carried out by third-party inspection agencies.
