We use our close network of Toray Industries, Inc. and Toray Group companies in Japan and abroad to provide a one-stop service from material development to planning/production of clothes, selling products to apparel manufacturers and retailers not only in Japan but around the world. We handle integrated overseas import and export operations while centrally managing material procurement, sewing factory configurations and quality control, and responsibly deliver products to designated locations both in Japan and overseas.

Supply Chain — Achieving a Sustainable Production Background
We manufacture and sell apparel products, with a concentration on sporting garments. We offer a one-stop service, from suggesting materials and preparing sewn product samples to proposing production supply chains primarily focused in Asia, and mass production. We are expanding production through a sustainable supply chain centered on our own LEED-certified textile plant.
Developing Original Products
As a manufacturing trading company, we develop original products rooted in Toray Group materials. In recent years, we have been devoting our energy into the development of products that combine functionality and sustainability.

High-Performance Outdoor Wear 3DeFX+™
3DeFX+™ offers state-of-the-art comfort with a three-dimensionally constructed insulation material as a base, combined with Toray's cutting-edge stretch fabric and special stitching techniques for warmth and ease of movement.
Insulation
3D spiral-shaped yarns add volume. The cotton interior traps large amounts of air inside, providing high levels of heat retention.
Breathability
Can be combined with highly breathable fabric thanks to the use of 3D spiral-shaped yarns. Provides high breathability and avoids feeling stuffy even during exercise.
Stretchability
3D spiral-shaped yarns provide greater stretchability and stretch-back than previous insulation materials.
Durable Outdoor Wear TORAIN™
Its unique hydrophobic microporous coating ensures high levels of waterproofing, breathability and resistance to hydrolysis, allowing it to be worn for even greater periods of time.

The seams are taped with a hot-melted hydrophobic porous membrane that is highly durable and resistant to hydrolysis. This attention to detail, even down to the seam taping, ensures high levels of water resistance and durability when used in products such as outdoor wear.
Characteristics and Strengths
We provide highly original sewn products at affordable costs by preparing materials at the most efficient locations in various regions around the world, fully leveraging our unique material development and procurement capabilities as a materials manufacturer. By establishing a variety of domestic and overseas partner factories that have been carefully inspected and selected by our technology department, we are able to produce stable-quality sewing products at the factories most suitable for each product and item.
We can offer a wide range of proposals from materials to design,
sales analysis and promotion methods.
We share information between Toray Industries, Inc. and Toray Group companies in Japan and overseas, along with various business partners, to propose materials, market research-led designs by internal and external designers, and suggestions for sales methods, such as sales materials with product promotion details and package designs included.
We can fulfill the quality standards that meet your needs
and build dedicated production lines.
To ensure the necessary quality controls that comply with the standards of each delivery destination, we conduct various types of on-site inspections alongside inspections by third-party public institutions to prevent products that fail to meet required standards getting into the production lines. In addition, our technology department conducts its own design reviews of products from the design stage onward.
With the likes of recycled rayon and plastic bottles,
we are also able to produce products that comply with SDGs.
We continue to set sustainable development goals, such as proposing items made from our "&+" recycled polyester and inner wear made using environmentally friendly fibers, and continue to demonstrate consideration for environmental issues such as that of marine plastic waste.

Comprehensive Inspections of Eco-Recycling-Related Products
Due to popular demand, we continue to produce clothing, including inner wear, business shirts and more, that achieve OEKO-TEX™ STANDARD 100 certification, a label given only to world-class safe textile products that have passed rigorous analytical testing for more than 350 hazardous chemicals.
While collaborating with various factory sites, we have applied for and acquired various certifications to ensure we continue to procure sewn products that you can trust.
We also continue to propose new plans for inner wear and business apparel using stretch materials made from overseas recycled polyester.
